Start with Nutriblast Drink (8oz)
80% fresh greens (approximately 1 cup chopped)
Greens listed in order of benefit (can be mixed) Kale, Spinach, Beet Leaves, Swiss Chard, Parsley, Romain lettuce
15% frozen or fresh fruit (golf ball sized)
Blueberries, apple,kiwi, orange, grapefruit, avocado
5% Additives (1TBSP)
Choose one: Ground flax,cashews, almonds, hemp seeds
ADD ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE DRINK SMOOTH AND NOT THICK approx. ¼-1/2 cup
Extras: ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice
We are restricting using sweet fruits such as pineapples, mango, raspberries, melons, grapes,… (for the time being)

Apple 1/2
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
Celery or 1 cucumbers
Ginger (one slice)
Flax seed 1 tbsp
RECIPIE#2 AM Energy Starter
Kale or spinach 1C
Parsley ¼ c
Green apple 1/4
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
Cashews 1Tbsp
water
RECIPIE #3 Chia Hydrator
Coconut water 2
1 TBSP chia
Blend or shake
Can drink before and after workout or throughout day
Recipie #4 carrot mint drink
Water 4C
Cucumber ½ c
Mint leaves (3-4)
1 med carrot
Lemon juice
Mix all ingredients, drink throughout day
You can add ice or keep drinks #3 and #4 cooled fridge
